Heart of Compassion Ministries is an outreach ministry that reaches out to those that have been bound by oppression, hurt in the church and downtrodden by life. We feel that too many people turn to churches and ministries to find the comfort and compassion of Jesus only to be disappointed when they receive the opposite instead. Often times those that are most in need of God’s love are met with judgment, scorn, and confronted with the same issues of oppression that they face outside of the church.
So no matter what condition you are in, we welcome you to come as you are. Are you a backslidden preacher, a teen parent, an adulterous husband, a drug-addicted mother, a homosexual, an ex-con, pornography addict, child molester… or otherwise? Maybe you have been in church all of your life but can admit that you don’t really know God. We don’t care! We are not intimidated by your struggles because it is not our burden of responsibility to “fix” you. Our assignment is to introduce you to the true, unconditional and compassionate love of God in an intimate way. It is His love that delivers people from oppression.
